Andrew M. Paul

Mr. Paul is the founder and Managing Partner of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF") and has been actively engaged in private equity and venture capital investing for over 27 years, primarily focused on healthcare, and information & business services. Prior to creating EEF, Mr. Paul spent 16 years at Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe ("WCAS") where he was a General Partner. After retiring from WCAS in 2000, Mr. Paul focused his energies on investing in small capitalization companies and in 2005, he co-founded EEF. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Correctional Healthcare Management, Inc., Guardian Healthcare Holdings, Inc., PrePak Systems, Inc. and NextCare. Mr. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Malcolm T. Kostuchenko

Mr. Kostuchenko joined Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF") at its inception and is a Managing Partner. Prior to EEF, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of MTS Health Partners, LP where he focused on growth equity investments and lower-middle-market buyouts. Prior to MTS, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of KPS Kapital, LLC, a boutique merchant bank, and prior to KPS, he worked in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Regency Healthcare, Guardian Healthcare Holdings, Inc., Fitness Together, Inc., Triton Technologies, Correctional Healthcare Management, Inc., NextCare and Santé Rehabilitation. Mr. Kostuchenko received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Christopher J. Garcia

Mr. Garcia joined EEF as a Managing Partner and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. From 1992 until 2002, Mr. Garcia was Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of a Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe-backed portfolio company, National Healthcare Resources, Inc. (“NHR”), a healthcare services outsourcing provider which managed medical claims for the property and casualty insurance industry. During his tenure at NHR, the company grew from start up to over $150 million of revenues and $21 million in earnings and successfully sourced, closed and integrated 12 add-on acquisitions. Since 2002 and prior to joining EEF, Mr. Garcia was an Operating Partner at Charterhouse Group where he invested in the healthcare and business services sectors. Currently, Mr. Garcia serves on the Board of Directors of Management Health Solutions. Mr. Garcia received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.

Brett A. Fliegler

Mr. Fliegler is a General Partner of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF"). Prior to EEF, Mr. Fliegler was a member of Sunrise Capital Partners, L.P. where he focused on special situations and distressed investments in the middle market. Prior to Sunrise, Mr. Fliegler was a member of MSD Capital, L.P., the private investment firm of Michael Dell, founder, Chairman and CEO of Dell Inc. Prior to MSD, he worked in the investment banking division at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of PrePak Systems, Inc., MHS, Inc., Layered Technologies, Inc. and Integrated Mobile Inc. Mr. Fliegler received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Thomas P. Auth

Mr. Auth is a General Partner of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF"). Prior to joining EEF in January of 2008, Mr. Auth was a member of ACI Capital Co., LLC., a generalist middle market private equity fund focused on value-oriented buyouts and growth investments across industries. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Auth was a member of One Equity Partners ("OEP"), the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co. While at OEP, Mr. Auth focused on buyouts and growth investments in the business services and healthcare industries. Prior to OEP, Mr. Auth was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in the mergers and acquisitions practice group. In 1999, Mr. Auth co-founded Concordant Rater Systems, a services company focused on improving efficiencies in clinical trials. Mr. Auth is a member of the Junior Board of the Cancer Research Institute and is the Chairman of Row New York, a charitable organization focused on exposing inner city kids to rowing. Mr. Auth graduated from Columbia University in 1990 and Harvard Law School in 1994. Mr. Auth was a member of the U.S. Olympic Rowing Teams in 1996 and 2000.

Mr. Tricolli is a General Partner of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF"). Prior to EEF, Mr. Tricolli was a Principal at J.W. Childs Associates, L.P. where he focused on private equity investments in the healthcare, consumer, retail and business services industries. Mr. Tricolli began his private equity career at William Blair Capital Partners, a lower middle market private equity fund based in Chicago, and was also previously a member of the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. Before working in private equity, Mr. Tricolli was a Financial Analyst in the healthcare group of Chemical Securities, Inc. Mr. Tricolli received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and an MBA from Wharton, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

Kenton Rosenberry

Mr. Rosenberry joined EEF as a General Partner in 2010. Prior to joining EEF, Mr. Rosenberry was a Senior Managing Director of MTS Health Investors, a middle market private equity firm focused on recapitalizations and buyouts within the healthcare industry. While a member of MTS since 2000, Mr. Rosenberry led the MTS investments in Alere Medical (disease management), Loving Care Agency (pediatric home care), Senior Home Care (adult home care), Chamberlin Edmonds (revenue cycle management) and DNA Diagnostics Center (laboratory testing services) and served on the Board of Directors of eight portfolio companies. Mr. Rosenberry began his career as a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns, where he focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare industry. Mr. Rosenberry has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Navid Farzad

Mr. Farzad is a Vice President of Enhanced Equity Fund, L.P. ("EEF"). Mr. Farzad joined EEF as an Associate in July 2008. Prior to EEF, Mr. Farzad most recently served as a Summer Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers focusing on mergers and acquisitions. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Farzad was a member of Ernst & Young LLP's Transaction Advisory Services group where he focused on financial due diligence on acquisition targets for private equity sponsors. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Farzad worked in the healthcare practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Farzad received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr. Farzad is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Chandra became an Associate of EEF in July 2009. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Santé Rehabilitation. Mr. Chandra most recently served as a Summer Analyst at Davidson Kempner Capital Management focusing on distressed investment opportunities. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Chandra served as an Associate at Flexpoint Partners, LLC focusing on niche investments in the healthcare services and financial services markets. Prior to Flexpoint, Mr. Chandra was a Senior Analyst at Lazard Freres & Co. Mr. Chandra received a Bachelor of Arts in the History, Philosophy, and Social Sciences program and a Master of Arts in Humanities from The University of Chicago and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
